STANDARD DEFINITION (SD)

It’s been 33 years since we finished Nuhoniyeh.

54 years since we first inquired about the relocation and documented it.

And 69 years since the relocation itself, when Mary Code climbed on that Transair PBY to fly with her people from Little Duck Lake to Churchill.

Why the relocation that caused so much death and disruption to their lives?

Filmmakers Allan and Mary Code attempt to find answers in this candid, raw exposé with minimal narration; told in the language and words of those who experienced it.

“The trail of blame for relocation is now clearer than ever…”
